P&G boosts hiring of people with autism

Procter & Gamble’s effort to add people with autism to the workforce has resulted in the hiring of four managers with the disorder, who are based at the company’s global headquarters in Cincinnati.
The four, who started full-time jobs on Oct. 14, focus on digital solutions for business processes. They were hired following a five-week assessment at P&G headquarters downtown.
P&G had hoped to fill at least five positions for robotic process automation developer, which is responsible for transforming direction and input from an RPA Solution Architect into solutions. .... "
