Dual Axes in Visualization

From Junkcharts: The dual axes argument in data visualization.  An interesting argument.  I always believe in multiple exceptions to any rule.  Something very similar came up in a recent design choice.  In the comments note the mention of a dual axis using Centigrade-Fahrenheit scales.
