Reading, not sure I completely agree with the premise. What rules really? OK, Our better understanding of the patterns in business we can leverage. Still a good piece. And from SAS/SMR , relatively quite credible. Our use of SAS thinking made us strong from the beginning. More intelligent organization, certainly.
