Supporting Remote workforces for service desk applications.

2020 has been...interesting. IT teams had to do the impossible, supporting a completely remote workforce with very little notice. But they survived the craziness, finding ways to support their remote workers and create a smooth transition. Now as many offices are starting phased approaches back to the office, IT has a new to-do item on their list: figure out a way to support a hybrid workforce.
We interviewed customers from KFC, Queensland University of Technology, and University of Southern Queensland to learn about their experience supporting a remote workforce and how they made this transition as seamless as possible. They also cover ways they kept their service desk up and running.
