A free, open source package called Guesstimate was just brought to my attention. In Beta. Overview article here. Essentially a means for modeling uncertain values in your models. We used a similar, commercial approach that I assume is still out there. Nice idea, but does require considerable statistical assumptions about distributions that can be important. This is a standalone 'spreadsheet', rather than a spreadsheet add-on, which can also be a problem for existing business use. Try it here. Similar things can be done with commercial packages like SPSS and SAS.
