Hanging Out in Google+ For Business
An interesting example of how food innovators are using Google+ to interact with consumers. My first impression was that this might a useful way to link researchers and groups of consumers. I recall it used to be quite a bit of work to orchestrate this kind of interaction. " ... those who are using the service are doing so in interesting ways such as: using
it as a platform for content distribution and sharing, a cooking school, a
market research tool, a social feature to integrate into a mobile application,
an interactive education platform, and as a collaboration tool. Across the
board, it seems that everyone is embracing the enhanced level of interactivity
this social platform offers ... ". Looks like it would be useful for many kinds of consumer research in multiple moments of truth.
