MOOCs and Traditional Business Education

In Knowledge@Wharton:  Talk and transcript.   Interesting points are made.  Changes are occurring, but the speed and extent are still debatable.  Certainly the breadth of influence is far greater than the traditional business school.  To what extent with the end users of the knowledge,  the hiring companies, accept the knowledge being transmitted?
