Telemedicine Justifying Better Broadband

In GigaOM:   Quite likely.  You would imagine improved connections would decrease costs at least.   But diminish personalization.  It will also require better intelligence, user interfaces and sensors to make remote connections. Better broadband is a good start, and allows us to test some of the other improvements.
