Four New CIO Types

In Readwriteweb:  It is suggested that " ... Chief "Infrastructure" Officers, Chief "Integration" Officers, Chief "Intelligence" Officers, and Chief "Innovation" Officers .. " need to be considered as part of a new structure of corporate management.  I agree that all these areas of knowledge need to be classified, but hardly added to the pantheon of infrastructure, with all the added complexity and cost.  Why not outsource these capabilities and have them report to the CIO?
