Self-Scanning at Carrefour

Retailer Carrefour is offering a self-scan mobile personal scanner device for shoppers in Beligium.  First I have seen Carrefour do this.  I still think that the future of this kind of capability is in the use of Smart Phones that can scan through their camera.  That capability continues to improve.
