Start with visual methods to display the risk metrics. Double and triple check your numbers. You may get many numbers that vary wildly, so show them to multiple experts. Create a risk portfolio with estimates of costs to address each risk. Keep a log of near misses and past issues. Do list 'black swans' and what their effects might be.
