Examining Facebook Messenger Bots

Had a number of times mentioned our experiments with chatbots here.  Illuminating approaches, but too early.  In a recent conversation I was told I really needed to look at the offering through Facebook Messenger.     Although a user have always felt nervous about using FB.    But now I am off on an exploration.   What will the basic underlying architecture of conversational knowledge exchanges be?
