International Society of Service Innovation Professionals

Hello Colleagues and Friends,

As you know, Jim and I have been running the ISSIP Wednesday morning service innovation speaker series (with Yassi, David and Heather 's help) for more than 3 years. In this time frame, we hosted 135 presenters. THANK YOU for presenting and/or participating in this presentation series.

I just wanted to inform you that we recently created the following webpage (http://www.issip.org/learning-center/2602-2/issip-service-innovation-weekly-speaker-series/) to host all past 135 presentations. I will be keep updating this page with the forthcoming presentations.

WE NEED YOUR HELP...

It will be a GREAT HELP FOR US, if you can present some of your recent projects, and/or invite your colleagues and friends to present in this series. Samples of relevant topics are (and not limited with): service innovation, transformation, orientation & systems, digital transformation, customer experience, open innovation, T-shaped people and organizations, industry dynamics, and models for growth, sustained creativity, scalability and new sources of value co-creation, improved well-being, service science, customer experience, IoT, and many others.  ....
Second, we hope that each of us will invite at least 2 people to present.

Just introduce me (copy haluk@issip.org) when you invite your friends/colleagues to present, then I will take care the rest with schedules and logistics for these future presenters. You can use the below note when you invite them.

Please let us know for any questions and comments to create the best learning environment and best experience for all of us.
Thanks
Haluk
