Edible Packaging

We looked at many forms of packaging while still in the food business, but edible packaging was usually not passed because packaging was meant to protect product while in transit, on the shelf or in uncontrolled process.   Comes down then to what the definition of 'packaging' ultimately is.   Discussion in Retailwire.
