Cyberspace after Death

In the NYTimes Mag, an article about deathswitch.com.  Immortality in cyberspace, settle scores and make revelations after you are gone?  Send out email and alerts after death.  At one level a pretty simple thing to do even without the service.  I can time posts from this blog to occur anytime in the future.  The implications are considerably deeper.  Could you set up an AI that would make it seem like you are still here, somewhere?
