I have used Google-acquired Grandcentral for about a year now. It has been very useful, especially if you need to consolidate multiple numbers such as landline and mobile. Good for the very mobile small business. Only problem has been effectively linking it to my too-many contact lists. Working on that now. Will Google end up dominating voice as well?Now they are expanding Grand Central to Google Voice, with a number of new useful features including voice to text, international calling, conference calling and more. I will report back when my account is converted to 'Voice'. For now available only to current GC users but they say it will be generally available for free soon. A video tours here.
