Data Driven Culture for Analytics
Good piece in a new newsletter I get. Business driven analytics, commentary by three analytics managers. The federated org structure sounds the most familiar to me, although we experimented with many methods: " ... Here, data developers sit side-by-side with the business people they support. As a result, they become immersed in the business and more effective at what they do.
