Giving Credit

In the HBR Blogs:    We were always taught to give credit where it was due in the big enterprise.  It does not mean that it always happened.  A certain amount of diffusion of credit always occurred.   Of course if you do not focus the credit its hard to allocate the necessarily limited rewards like pay, level and applause,  We found that broad  transparency made the most sense.  Its an idea that can be outsourced within a enterprise.
