
I see that
John Mackey, CEO of Whole Foods Market,
has resumed blogging. His is an interesting case study in external executive blogging. You may recall that he was discovered commenting anonymously on his competitors. His posts try to explain away the activity, which could have been interpreted as attempting to manipulate the stock price of an acquisition. Last month the SEC decided not to pursue any penalties.
