First Moment of Truth Webinar

Procter originated the term 'First moment of truth', which is defined as the interaction between shopper and product on the shelf, commonly now called the FMOT. The definition of the FMOT has not made it to the Wikipedia. The term was used to divide functional aspects of the innovation centers. It has now spread throughout the industry.
