Data Interaction in Organizational Systems

This paper in Data Science Central relates to a number of previous projects, and proposals for enterprise work ongoing.   An underlying goal, but still underachieved aspect of PG's Business Sphere. How do we get task focused data for people inside an organization?  Further, how do we than make sure the data has attached analytics to help understanding the data.  The paper is fairly technical, still reviewing but worth a look.
