Smart Homes Need Eyes

This GigaOM article comes to the same conclusion we did, that truly smart homes need to have integrated cameras, multiple sensors, with high speed image analysis that can be linked to decision making artificial intelligence.  In some cases you can replaces sight with coverage algorithms, but not when precision is what is required.
