Global C-Suite Study

In the process of studying the IBM:  Customer-activated Enterprise Insights from the Global C-suite Study ...  Attending a conference call today about its findings.  I will write about it in more detail later this week.  How executives interact with technology has been a long time interest of mine.  Have written about this often in this space.
