Blogging for Free is Exploitation

I have been asked by several groups to post for their blogs in technology and innovation areas.  Mostly for free, with the argument that it gives me publicity. I have played with the idea, but it does not pay.  Now a major news blog is being sued for the practice of having bloggers work for free.  Volokh gives amusing legal opinion on the suit.
