Tweets About TV on the Second Screen

The second screen exists today.   I often use a tablet while using TV, as an information source, but rarely to react to what is on the TV, despite predictions that the TV Twitter connection would grow.  I tested an App that was designed to improve that communication on a Smart TV, but saw little traffic there.
