Seeding a Startup Culture

What should a startup culture look like? Have been involved with a number now, both independent and within a much larger organization. They look similar, but are not the same. How can the best be convinced into taking these roles? See the comments about other tracks for entrepreneurs.

Interesting article. Unfortunately what it completely misses is the fact that some of the most successful entrepreneurs "dropped out" of education early.

So he is somewhat mistaken in his belief that you still need a uni education !
That is not to say that dropping out of education early is the right thing to do, but sometimes staying in academia isn't the right option either (depends on the person). Indeed the biggest problem with Google is their lack of "diversity".
