Harsh Truths About Corporate Web Sites

An interesting article. Has some good points. One thing I did not agree with was that a company should suggest that its employees publicly blog and Tweet, as opposed to setting up a company blog. No problem with employees blogging, and being permitted and encouraged, but I think there should be a corporately sponsored and edited blog to promote key ideas centrally. That blog could also point to the other employee 'voices'. That kind of combination demonstrates that there are central, as well as independent interests and opinions.

Totally agree with you on corporate blog vs employees without connection! Paul's article is great, only this point does not make sense in my opinion. Curious about your Twitter experience!
