Artificial Intelligence is more than Machine Learning

These days when you hear about AI,  it turns out to be is machine learning.    While ML and Deep learning are important components,  its like saying automobiles are all about tire technology.  Or Engine performance.  There is lots more to consider.  Like how the systems interact with each other, how they communicate with people, and how they work together to provide value within a process.   And create both value and risk.  This article below provides a good description.   Every project we worked with required deep understanding of the process involved.  A whole book could be written about it, but the  below here a good outline.  ...
