Facebook's Moneypenny to Provide Help

I was sent a query about Moneypenny last week, suggesting it was Facebook's entry into the virtual assistant fray, but it seems it will be more of a system to direct you to the right expert. A concierge of sorts. Another idea we experimented with in our advisory systems.

Its not a bad idea that relates to creating jobs from tasks. You assign experts to tasks that are subsets of expertise, and then automate them with Cogs as becomes possible. Until that is done you get the equivalent of call: XXX-XXXX for help, but hopefully having gathered sufficient data to improve the interaction. Of course classifying the expertise needed in context is also not trivial.

More about MoneyPenny See in Forbes.  and in Engadget.
