Sirens and Geofeedia

Had not heard of the Geofeedia system.  Previously wrote about Siren approaches to detecting unrest.  Had heard of the growing centralized systems that integrate camera systems and other data from many systems worldwide.  Where is the distinction between keeping people safe and gathering data to do that?

Siren Servers Anticipating Social Uprisings

Seems a fairly obvious application.  Track social activity to determine potential social upheavals.   False positive linking to specific process may be key to its use, as in any 'alarm' scenarios.  Also note the term 'siren server' being originated by Jaron Lanier, who connected with us briefly.  The term' anticipatory' or 'predictive' is also used.
