Getting Aboard the Food Truck Revolution

In Retailwire.  Here this talks about the Food Truck Concept in retail in particular.  A useful conversation.  But taking it further, should CPG and other companies look at this as well?   Building  word of mouth driven channels of quality and personalized product directly to the consumer.
