Tour of Machine Learning Methods

Very nice overview.  Suitable as a starting point for talking to management.  This includes both a description of the algorithm, and the underlying method for using them for a decision.  Which I think is a useful distinction.  Also a basic view of how you can determine how well a method is working. Practitioners should know how to use examples of all these tools.
