How grocers can customize and curate through e-commerce 
E-commerce is a good place for grocers to start to boost customization and curation efforts, according to a panel of experts at the FMI Midwinter Executive Conference that included Bi-Lo Holdings Marketing Chief Bill Nasshan and Nestle USA CEO Paul Grimwood. Retailers should approach customization and curation first by working with manufacturers to get an understanding of shoppers through their consumer insights and product expertise and then by studying shoppers' purchasing behavior and engaging them via online dialogue, the panelists said. ...
