The combination makes for something that is more powerful then a traditional resume. What they haven't yet figured out how to do is leverage the profile -- they've begun to do recruitment services, but it is not obvious to me that it takes advantage of those people who have gone to the time and effort to create good profiles.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
